Hey Matt,

Could you please point me into some direction with achieving "AA" accessibility standard in Intranet space with SharePoint 2010. I ran it through Total validator, i received large amount of issue for out of box publishing site.

Thanks,

There was a page located http://www.microsoft.com/events/webcasts/faq.mspx
It is no more available but here is what I found from an archive:

Level 100 (Introductory)

Through technical webcasts, you will be introduced to product and technology features, functions, and benefits. Business webcasts will introduce you to product functionality and include demonstrations of end-user tips. You may also learn how and why to invest in a certain product or technology.

Level 200 (Intermediate)

Attendees should have Level 100 knowledge of the product or technology because these webcasts drill down further into a topic than introductory webcasts. These webcasts often include product demonstrations, code samples, best practices, and high-level troubleshooting techniques.

Level 300 (Experienced)

These webcasts cover advanced material and assume Level 200 knowledge, an in-depth understanding of features in a real-world environment, and strong coding skills. These webcasts provide you with a detailed technical overview of a subset of product or technology features, covering architecture, performance, migration, deployment, and development.

Level 400 (Advanced/Expert)

These webcasts assume a deep level of technical knowledge and experience and a detailed, thorough understanding of the topic. They offer expert-to-expert interaction and coverage of such specialized topics as custom code, scripts, application solution development, and architect infrastructure designs and solutions.

Hi, I found this article while looking for help with Microsoft Silverlight. I've recently switched browsers from Chrome to IE. Now I seem to have a problem with loading sites that have Microsoft Silverlight. Every time I go on a site that requires Microsoft Silverlight, my computer freezes and I get a "npctrl.dll" error. I cannot seem to find out how to fix it. Any aid getting Microsoft Silverlight to function is very appreciated! Thanks

Aw shucks, now I'm embarrassed...

Anyway, I'd had the same problem, and written the code to set the Search Center URL programmatically - but it turns out that there is a feature in standard MOSS that will do this for you anyway!

Hi, I wanted to help you with your problem with VSeWSS. You said "because the feature.xml files are dynamically generated" but they really aren't. The trick is that there are two sets of configuration files for building WSP SharePoint Solutions. One is in .\PKG and these files are only generated if they don't already exist. They are also edited by the WSP View and you can edit these files. We have detailed instructions for editing them in the VSeWSS 1.3 Release Notes. The other set are .\bin\Debug\PKG and these are generated at the time of build.

You also asked about upgrade to Visual Studio 2010 SharePoint tools. Once SharePoint 2010 is publicly available we will have an upgrade tool to take VSeWSS projects and upgrade them to Visual Studio 2010 SharePoint tools. We will support VSeWSS 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 with this tool, but not 1.0.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Paul
